Submit a return request:
- In general we do not do returns on our products, however if you experience a manufacture defect or other issue please contact our team.
- All returns must include an authorization code in order to be processed. Return authorization code and return address may be obtained by contacting info@oco-health.com.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and tracking. We are unable to process a return until we receive it.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for refund to process.
